Services Included
Guest rooms with double occupancy and private bathrooms. Twin bed with linens & towels, full breakfast each morning, private use of the Craft Facility, kitchenette, patio, WiFi, cable TV and our porter service.
Only paying guests allowed during your private Retreat; no visitors please.
We offer porter service!! YES - we help carry in luggage/craft supplies upon arrival & carry out to vehicles at departure!
Check-in: 3:00 pm (porter service until 5:00 pm) on 1st day of Retreat Stay
Check-out: 10:00 am (following breakfast; porter service as early as 9:45 am)

Retreats are booked as a Group and the following individual pricing applies only when our minimum group size requirement is met:
Minimum Group Size Requirement
Effective June 1, 2025: 6 guest minimum on weekdays (Mon - Wed)
6 guest minimum on weekends (Thurs - Sun)

WeekDAY Rate Effective June 1, 2025
2-Night Stay Total: $150.00 plus 12% tax
3-Night Stay Total: $200.00 plus 12% tax
WeekEND Rate Change Effective June 1, 2025
2-Night Stay Total: $175.00 plus 12% tax
3-Night Stay Total: $225.00 plus 12% tax
Cash, check, and debit/credit cards are accepted.
(Returned Check charge of $35)
*All guests will be charged the full length of the Retreat Stay. For example, if a group reserves a 3-Night Stay then all guests within that retreat will be charged for a 3-Night Stay even if some are staying for only 2 nights.
Group Deposit - Due at time of Booking
WEEKDAY Retreats: Deposit of $240 to book
WEEKEND Retreats: Deposit of $360 to book
>> The Deposit secures your dates on our calendar when paid in full. Feel free to add more guests to your group after booking your dates - we can host up to 8 guests at any time. No more Deposit will be required when adding more guests to your group. <<
The Deposit will be applied to your invoice(s) and the remaining balance will be due during your Retreat stay.
Pricing is subject to change; please refer to our cancellation policy when booking.
Hickory Road Inn is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged goods, or any bodily injury/illness of any guests how-so-ever caused, sustained, or incurred. It is the guests' responsibility to ensure all personal items return to their vehicle prior to departure. Your stay at Hickory Road Inn is of your own free will and without coercion and your payment of the Deposit and Remaining Balance is an understanding that you are staying with Hickory Road Inn at your own risk and will not hold any owner or related companies liable for any reasons.
Cancellation Policy
Full deposit refund (or transfer to next Retreat): If guest cancels 90 days or more prior to Retreat stay (group size minimums apply to maintain reservation)
No deposit refund: If guest cancels within 90 days of their Retreat stay (group size minimums apply to maintain reservation);
If group size is less than minimum due to guest cancellation(s), then remaining members can either (A) pay the remaining balances due for cancelled guests (up to our minimum group size) OR (B) forfeit deposits and Retreat is cancelled.
